Terms and Conditions:

• Additional 5% VAT is applicable as per UAE Law starting 1st January 2018.

• These rates are only valid for Liquid Hospitality card holders.

• In order to avail the above discount the Liquid Hospitality Card Members need to print and scan their Liquid Hospitality card.

• All booking request needs to be on email along with scanned copy of Liquid Hospitality Card.

• Payments needs to be made 2 days well in advance prior to the pick – up date.

• Cancellation request should be 12 hours prior to the pickup date.

• Last minute cancellation will be full trip charge.

• No Show to any confirmed booking will be full trip charge.

• Liquid Hospitality Card holders can avail the above discount only on 10 chauffeur service trip per month.

• During Special Events like Formula 1, Dubai Air Show, Meydan Horse Race, Dubai Badminton Championship, New Year’s Eve, the above discount won’t be applicable, which will be notified to Liquid Hospitality team 30 days well in advance.

• Smoking and Alcohol is not permitted in the any vehicle as per UAE Law, fine of AED1000 will be applicable for not adhering to the law.

• Above service cannot be redeemed in cash.

• Any unused trip in a month will be lapsed and won’t be carried forward.

• The above discounts are not valid on expired card.
