Below you will find a complete list of our Terms and Conditions for the Liquid Hospitality Card mobile application, which is owned and managed by Park Lane Group FZ LLE. References to Alcohol
By signing up to the mobile application, you accept that the mobile application has references to Alcohol within the application.
The mobile application is not a replacement for an Alcohol License.
Anyone using the mobile application for the purpose of receiving a discount on alcohol in any country/jurisdiction, must only do so if they are legally allowed to purchase alcohol in that country/jurisdiction.
Who is able to sign up to the App
Each individual applying for membership must work for one of the following -
Café / Coffee Shop
Each individual applying for the mobile application must provide a photo within the mobile application, with evidence of the venue they work for. This will be validated within 72 hours from the time of registering and as soon as it has been validated, a request for payment will be made.
Park Lane Group FZ LLE has the right to reject an application, should they feel there is not enough evidence to show the applicant works for one of the above stated types of business. Should Park Lane Group FZ LLE feel the need to reject an application, they shall email the applicant on the email provided at registration with the reason for the application being rejected. Should an incorrect email address be provided by the applicant, Park Lane Group FZ LLE shall not be held responsible.
Price of Membership
The membership is priced at AED 10.99 per month or AED 89.99 per year.
The mobile application, the content within the mobile application, plus anything relating to the brand Liquid Hospitality Card (such as it's websites and social media) belong to Park Lane Group FZ LLE.
We recommend stating that you are signed up to the Liquid Hospitality Card Mobile Application prior to making any order for a purchase, to ensure the member of staff is fully aware of what discount is available to you.

Please check directly with venues for dress code.
Please check directly with venues for their availability, in case they are fully booked, have another event on or are closed for any particular reason.
Please note that any discount being offered within the mobile application can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Please check with a business if the discount is still available on a public holiday, or days such as Christmas Day, New Years Day, New Years Eve and Valentines Day.
If for any reason a venue does not comply with providing the pre-agreed discount, we can not be held responsible. If this does happen however, we would advise you make us aware of this as soon as possible by email to and we shall try to rectify the situation as soon as possible. We would advise you also ask for a receipt and attach a copy to the email.
If for any reason you are refused entrance to a venue, please note that this is not our responsibility and you shall need to take this matter up directly with the venue itself.
Any venue has the right to ask you for alternative Identification, if they feel the need to do so to verify your identity.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Should you have signed up to the Mobile Application and you are not able to receive any discounts available, we will refund your most recent payment, should you be able to provide some form of evidence of this. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and shall be paid back within 45 days, if approved.
Renewal of a subscription to the Mobile Application can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the renewal time/date. Once a subscription has been made it is not possible to cancel the current time period of that subscription.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website/mobile application and shall not transact on or use the website/mobile application.
Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Park Lane Group FZ LLE policies and rules.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account.
The Liquid Hospitality Card mobile application is purely for the use of the individual member, although a card holder may invite up to three guests at any given time for Food & Beverage discounts (unless stated differently within the mobile application). The member must be the person paying the bill and you must show that you are logged into the mobile application before making any order. It is the responsibility of the venue how the billing takes place and we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise as a result of not receiving discount for yourself or certain guests. If a venue wishes to extend the offer to more than three guests, then the venue is free to do so. Please check with venues directly to verify exactly what is on offer.
Any venue has the right to end the discount on offer at any time.
It is the responsibility of any member of the Liquid Hospitality Card mobile application to abide by the law at any time whilst using the mobile application.
It is the responsibility of each individual card holder to act responsibly at all times when at any partner business/venue, which shall include when arriving and leaving each business/venue.
Park Lane Group FZ LLE reserves the right to grant or refuse registration to any applicant.
Misuse of the membership program may result in immediate termination or suspension of membership and no refund shall be provided for payments already made.
Park Lane Group FZ LLE reserves the right to modify the Program structure, benefits and other features, including these terms & conditions or to terminate the program at any time.
Venue/s serving alcohol are responsible for ensuring that anyone purchasing alcohol is legally allowed to do so.
Any member must present his or her proof of membership when making a purchase to redeem discount.
Under no circumstances may a member lend his or her mobile telephone or log in details to any third-party. The membership is non-transferable.
Any use of the Liquid Hospitality Card mobile application that does not comply with the present Terms and Conditions will be subject to appropriate administrative and /or legal action. Park Lane Group FZ LLE has the right to take appropriate action including without limitation, the immediate cancellation of the membership, benefits related to the membership, closing of the member's account without entitling the member to claim any compensation of any kind.
